Open Call for the year 2024 is open for all photographers and artists working with analog photography methods living in the Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Based on the received applications the participating darkrooms will decide which artist they want to invite for the residency period. Ten photographers in total will be invited to go to their chosen darkroom in another Nordic country for approximately 3 week residency.

The Nordic Analog Network (NAN) is an artist-in-residence program connecting ten analog photography darkrooms across five Nordic countries. Running from spring 2023 to the end of 2024, the program is coordinated by @studiocyan in Oslo and the Finnish Darkroom Association in Helsinki.
